Terms of Service

All payments must be upfront and through Paypal invoice. Paypal invoices will be sent via email following the confirmation of your commission. 

No alterations to the commissioned artwork of any kind is allowed. No revisions/edits to the piece can be asked from me once the commission is complete.

If uploading the works on social media, only uploads the watermarked version of the artwork are permitted, along with credit. No unmarked versions may be uploaded. 

A refund may be issued only during the sketch portion of the work. Once an art piece has reached the lineart portion, no refunds or modifications to overall design can be issued.

Throughout the commissioning process, updates are given in four stages: rough sketch stage, refined sketch stage, lineart stage, and coloring stage. During these stages, feedback is provided and any alterations to the work are made.

Things I WILL draw: people, original characters, animals (chibi), furries, fan art, fantasy characters.  Things I will NOT draw: blood/gore (little injuries are okay), nudity/revealing clothes, NSFW. Ask me about: semirealistic animals, mecha/robots, realistic/scenic/nature backgrounds.

Commissions are queued based on order of payment, and estimated timescales are subject to change

If the client wishes to display their commissioned on social media, only uploads of the watermarked version of the artwork are permitted along with credit back to me. No unmarked versions may be uploaded. 

A commission request may be declined for any reason, ranging from inexperience in what is being requested. If do not have to explain themselves if the artist chooses to.

I reserve all rights to my artwork.

All artwork is provided with a non-commercial license as standard. A commercial license may be purchased for an additional 50% fee to allow use of artwork on for-profit merchandise (fee is already included in emotes and badges). If this is needed, please let me know.

If it comes to my attention that artwork without a commercial license is being used for commercial purchases (including but not limited to sold on merchandise, artwork is sold off to others, etc.) without permission or without paying the commercial use fee, all further business with the client will be discontinued until a commercial fee is paid.

Failure to follow Terms of Service may result in discontinued business with the client.

By filling out the commission form and sending a payment, the client understands and agrees to the Terms & Conditions.
